The phwi Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phwi does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If phwi becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposited funds to the original payment source after completing applicable verification procedures.
